Let's bring cellular agriculture out of the lab and into the world. Together.

I want to invite you to do imagine something powerful with me, Isha.
So here I am, typing this email, taking a moment to set my hands on my knees and feel my feet on the floor while closing my eyes.
While they’re closed, I’m going to dream. I’m going to hold a vision. And then I’ll invite you to share the vision with me.
I’m back. It didn’t take me long, since I've been holding this vision since I started on this path more than a decade ago.
When I do this exercise, here’s what I see:
An abundant, verdant world in balance. Humanity holds a newfound appreciation and connection to living beings because they need not be slaughtered for food. Diverse, distributed production of cell-cultured foods, as embedded and embraced in our local food cultures as microbreweries and farmers markets, bring unique culinary experiences to local eaters. A new set of food values emerge, unique from, yet akin to those we associate with the family farm. And thanks to a critical group of people, the science of cellular agriculture, and so many other mission-driven fields, has tilted discoveries away from private interests and toward the public good.
And I see you. Maybe not identifiably. But you’re there. Because there is no “us” without you.
You – each of you, and all of you together – are the ones transforming our food system.
And today, we need you to lift us up. To help ensure we can keep going.

Every year, a staggering $3.1 billion is raised on this day – on Giving Tuesday. If we could secure just 0.01% of that—$310,000—we could infuse our programs that build a resilient and responsible global food system with the resources they need to keep creating real change.
To move cellular agriculture from bench to world without compromising ethics. Without prioritizing corporate interest.
Cellular agriculture for the public good. That’s what we’re all about.
Here’s how your contribution can create real change, right now:
- Empowering the Next Generation: With your gift, you can provide grants and scholarships to students and professionals eager to dive into cellular agriculture. Your support can help cover their research costs and conference trips, paving the way for the next wave of innovators.
- Building a Thriving Community: Imagine bringing people together! Your donation will help us organize workshops and networking events that connect passionate individuals in the cellular agriculture space. You’ll be instrumental in fostering collaboration and sparking new ideas.
- Championing Open Research: Your investment will also support ongoing research projects, ensuring that open-access research takes precedence over private interests. You’ll be playing a vital role in making knowledge accessible to all.
Your gift can – and will – catalyze change.
$310,000 is almost triple what we’ve raised on any prior Giving Tuesday. But we’re aiming high because the need is urgent. And because to do our work as effectively as possible well into the future, we need to fuel our core programs now.
Thanks for dreaming with us. For walking alongside us.
You can make a gift of any size securely here.
We are so grateful.
