Isha would love to say hi :)  COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD   The Kaplan lab at Tufts University is growing its Cell Ag team! They are seeking postdoctoral fellows with expertise in stem cell culture, including but not limited to cell isolation, characterization, and scale-up of cell expansion. Potential applicants should email david....@tufts.edu with a CV and a brief statement of experience & interest. In 2019, the University of California at Davis established an interdisciplinary academic Cultivated Meat Research Consortium. Soon after, they won the first National Science Foundation grant for cell-based meat research. Now, UC Davis is launching a short cultivated meat course for both academics and industry. Register here.  Dan Reus of St. Louis is working on an experiential gathering for emerging talent in fermentation, cellular agriculture, and synthetic biology. Called FermentFest, the event will be a cross between an open source hackathon, a food and wine show, and South by Southwest. He is looking for funders and programming partners.
