In August, I delivered a manifesto for cellular agriculture at TED's 2021 event, making the case for why I believe cultured meat can disrupt animal agriculture AND build a more just, democratic food system.  My talk is now live - you can watch it here!  Check out my blog post about all the thinking that went into the talk and the incredible people in the cell ag community who helped me refine my vision for the mainstage.
