Hi Meera,  This morning I woke up to New Harvest being recommended by EZRA KLEIN in the New York Times Holiday Giving Guide (unpaywalled link here)!!!! He said New Harvest is "directly focused on the technical challenges of cultivated meat. If those aren't solved, then all the lobbying efforts in the world won't matter."  Full stop — that is EXACTLY why we do what we do.  And on cellular agriculture? He said it "should be a moonshot we're making as a society, but it's being left, instead, to private capital, and so [...] too many advances are patented and protected."  I'm going to be blunt, we need your help.
