Trouble generating website

to New Gem Generator
I have recently begun using newgem. I am having trouble generating the
website. I did:
script/generate install_website
rake website_generate
The final command gets:
ruby: No such file or directory -- script/txt2html (LoadError)
rake aborted!
Command failed with status (1): [ ruby script/txt2html website/
index.txt > ...]
Help, anyone?
