Two songs chosen for Vienna 2026 this weekend |
On Saturday 17 January the 70th Eurovision Song Contest will have two more entries added to its lineup. In Malta, the final of Malta Eurovision Song Contest will take place, preceded by a semi-final on Thursday. At Basel 2025, Miriana Conte took Malta to the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time since Rotterdam 2021, after her memorable performance of SERVING. Now, 18 acts will be hoping they’re selected to keep that Maltese momentum moving in Vienna! |

Moldova is making its return to the Eurovision Song Contest after last competing at Malmö 2024, with In The Middle performed by Natalia Barbu.
Broadcaster TRM has organised a national final to select the entry that will serve as Moldova’s return to the Contest. Selecția Națională takes place on Saturday 17 January and will see 16 acts compete for the honour of flying the Moldovan flag at Vienna 2026. |
