District Updates & NE District Regatta June 26-27

Hello Everyone!

I hope you're all excited for the upcoming NE District Regatta! The event will be held on Saturday-Sunday June 26-27 and hosted by Squam Lake Fleet 332 at the Squam Lakes Association, 534 US-3, Holderness, NH 03245. Please follow this link to find the NOR:

Housing is being generously offered by Fleet 332 Captain Marty Riehs; please contact him at Fleet33...@gmail.com if you are interested. Please note that before participating in the Districts, each Fleet must pay their District dues. Also please register yourselves and crew with the ILCA before attending the Districts!

We will be having the District Summer Meeting following racing on Saturday June 26. We will convene after everyone has had the chance to collect some food. Please see the proposed agenda attached to this email. If you have any agenda items to add (specifically under agenda items 5 and 6), please let me know. Also attached are the current District Circuit Championship standings and the current Treasurer's Report.

For those of you who have joined Slack, thank you! Members of the Squam Fleet have taken to Slack to coordinate practice races and crew as well as share photos, videos, and updates. Please join the NE Lightning District Slack workspace to get the most out of District communications! Bob and I have heard from several of you planning to attend the District Regatta. We are so excited to see you all at this event!
