Neighbours,

I am writing to inform you about a suspicious incident that occurred early this morning in our neighbourhood. 

Details of the Incident:
An individual entered my backyard and garage. After confronting him, he immediately left the area. 

Time: Approximately 2:10 AM
Location: In the vicinity of Dufferin/Crichton

Description of the Suspicious Person:

Clothing: Black hoodie, black pants, black toque, and black gloves
Additional Details: The individual was carrying a greyish backpack and a DJI Drone with a carrying case.

Action Taken:
I have reported this incident to the Ottawa Police (Incident # 24-118567). 

Next Steps:

• Check Your Property: Please check to see if you are missing any items
• Review Security Footage: If you have security cameras, please review the footage from early this morning.
• Report to Police: If you have any information that might be related to this incident or if you recognize the person from the description or security footage, please contact the police immediately.
