A Child’s Christmas in Wales – Family Choral Concert!

Get the whole family into the Christmas spirit with music that everyone can enjoy! Join us at  St. Matthew’s Church in the Glebe on Saturday,December 14  at 7.30 pm for a performance of some truly joyful music wound around Dylan Thomas’ poem A Child’s Christmas in Wales. Rob Clipperton and Mary Glen will be the narrators and the storied St. Matthews Choir with Seventeen Voyces and guest singers will perform a selection of festive music including John Rutter’s magnificent Gloria and other wonderful Christmas choral music. Audience participation will also be a feature of the evening. The choirs will be accompanied by a large brass ensemble, percussion, organ and piano. Free will offering.
