Hi Book Donors

Once again, our lovely community of book donors and patrons of the Rockcliffe Park Spring Book Sale outdid themselves.  We had a very successful book drive on Saturday - it was calmer than expected, but we had a steady flow of very high quality book donations.  And we could not have hoped for better weather.

Thank you once again for supporting us as we raise funds to support our Library.  

Given that the logistics of the event went rather smoothly, we hope to be able to repeat it again next spring once the weather is pleasant enough to work outside.  We will make best efforts to give earlier notice .... hopefully we will be living under circumstances that are easier to manage.

All in all, from our perspective everything went well.  Thanks again to all who participated.

PS Wonderful news from the Ottawa Public Library that our Rockcliffe Branch will re-open Jan 18 .... a soft opening for loan drop-offs and hold pick-ups.
