As a final reminder, this fall’s election will be a hybrid election.
Most voting members will receive their OCF ballot in their email inbox.
Please be looking in your email inboxes for your ballot. Some members
will have their ballot mailed through the U.S. Postal Service.
All ballots are due by 8:00pm PST on October 18, 2025. The online
election will close on that date and time. Paper ballots must be
received at the Fair’s Eugene office by this deadline also. Postmarks
do not count, so mail your ballots back early and as soon as you can.
Paper ballots can be mailed back using the return envelope that comes
with the ballot, or by dropping them off at the Eugene Fair office mail
slot, or by dropping them off at the October 11 Annual Membership
Meeting.
The Election Committee will be present at the Eugene Fair office the
same day as the October 11 Annual Membership Meeting. They will be
there from 4:00pm to 5:30pm to provide help and answer questions.
