Your camping in the Village experience?

Please tell me what went well with your camping experience?  

I work on this for months!

I manage an excel list of 230-250 camps for the Village.  This can be an overwhelming task.

I feel a little beaten up with people who have chosen to share their frustration on the drum and/or complaining to our Council, without first communicating with me personally about their concern.  This feels like a very non-village approach to a concern. All my years in the Village we have been instructed to communicate with the person directly first before bring it to the group.

I work very hard to get everyone's camping request met, this is my goal.  This year I had a waiting list and every person on the waitlist camping needs were met. To be accused of my intentions without communicating with me or knowing me is just mean. How do you know my intentions without asking me?
