This conference is a good chance for

今回の春季大会は

 

★learning beyond the club for the 1-3 year toastmasters

　まだ大会未経験者、経験の浅い皆様にはよりクラブを超えた多くの学び

 

★To get interested in management of district 76 for the experienced members and the club officers

　経験者、クラブ役員の皆様にはディストリクト７６運営への関心と参加

 

を目的としたプログラムになっています。

These are obiectives of the conference.

 

★Reservation:  begins in March

　参加申込：3月より

 

Access:　Please get flights tickets as soon as possible because it is during the holidays in May.

交通手段：遠くからご参加の方は連休中のため、早急に航空券等のご用意をお願いします。

 

Two requests on programs on 6th of District76 among many exciting events

その中で6日土曜日のスケジュールに関して執行部からの二つのお願いです。

 

★first timers and 1-3 year TM ⇒workshops

  初心者の皆さまは基礎が学べるワークショップへ

★Club officers（as DCM members) and experienced members(as observers) ⇒District Council Meeting(DCM)

クラブ役員の皆さまは評議会員として、経験者（もちろん1年目の方でも大歓迎です）その他の役員のかたは

　　ディストリクト評議会DCM(District Council Meeting)を傍聴していただき、

　　組織運営への参画関心を持っていただきたいと思います。

6日土曜日の午後は2つのイベントがあります。

１．ワークショップ

２．DCMディストリクト評議会

 

 

 

ワークショップ

大会未経験者、トーストマスター歴1～3年の方々の学び

 

 

何故参加した方がいい？

新人トーストマスターの方々はクラブを超えた学びが出来るから。

 

 

クラブ役員と経験豊かな皆様はディストリクト評議会(DCM)にご参加ください。

 

 

クラブ会長と教育担当副会長は評議会(DCM)に参加義務があります。

もし参加できない時はクラブから代理人を出さなければなりません。

代理人が委任状をもって参加します。議案に対するクラブの意思表示をするためです。

 

クラブ会長、VPE, 代理人以外の方も傍聴できます。傍聴席が用意されています。

何故会長、VPE,代理人以外の方にも膨張参加をして頂きたいか。

☞自分の所属組織をしるため。

☞ディストリクト役員がどのように選ばれるかを知るため。

☞民主主義議会が採用しているロバートルールを使っての議事進行を見ることができるから。

☞評議会がなんであるかを知るため。

 

 

トーストマスターだけでなく、世界の指導者、コミュニケーターになって頂きたいから。

Q:投票権のある人、傍聴者の席って決まってる？

Q:誰が議長？

Q:誰が動議をあげたり意見を言ったりできる？

Q:評議会の議事進行ってどんな？

経験者とクラブ役員は評議会(DVM)へ

大会未経験の方、比較的新しいメンバーの方はワークショップへ

 

 

この他5日は戸外イベント、7日の最終日はバナーマーチ、日英ディストリクトファイナル　スピーチコンテスト

ゲストはサリーコーエンさんというPathwaysの責任指導者のスピーチ、質疑応答などが予定されています。
