NewBridge「最後」の定例会

2週間後の３月27日月曜日の19:00より、新橋の生涯学習センターにて今月の定例会を行います。

TMOEは、TM Mitsuo-sanです。

 

今月末までに４月からの６ヵ月間の更新料の支払いが必要です。

 

しかし、残念ながら、昨年の９月と同じく、未だ誰からも更新料の支払いの意思表示がありません。

昨年は、経理担当のTM Watanabe-sanが、メンバー全員の更新料を、先行して、送金してくれました。

今年は、月末までに更新料支払いの意思表示がない限り、経理の方から、支払うことは行いません。

 

役員の現状をご報告すると、私を含め、実質会場係のTM Mitsuo-san, 経理担当のTM Watanabe-sanは、正直に言って、仕事の関係で、自由を束縛される定例会への参加は非常に厳しくなっています。

なので、メンバーの方が十分な数、更新料を支払う意思表示をされないのであれば、NBTMCの会合は、今月末の定例会をもって最後にしたいと考えています。

 

ご承知のように、昨年の夏以来、定例会を開催しても、メンバーの参加数は、常に８人を切る状態が続き、いつも大体４人から５人、ビジターを入れてなんとか、2桁前後に参加者数がなるという状態が続いて来ました。

しかし、本年に入り、１月は３人から４人のメンバーの参加しかなく、TM Yoko-sanがTMOEの２月には、私を含め、３人しか参加しない見通しとなったため、協議して、当日定例会をキャンセルする事態となりました。

 

トーストマスターズは、ボロンティアの会合で、メンバーの協力がない限り、継続していくことは意味がないと思われます。

 

もし、今月末までに、５人以上の更新料の支払いの意思表示がなされるならば、そのメンバーで引き続き、６月の役員交代時期まで少なくとも継続するというオプションはありますが、会長の引き受け手がない限り、その後の継続は実質困難です。

 

トーストマスターズのルールで会長は、一期で交代することになっています。

VPEのTM Sato-san、TM Mitsuo-sanに会長となることについて打診済みですが、彼らも仕事が忙しく、無理との意向です。

 

なので、総合的に勘案すれば、NewBridgeTMCは、４年の存在で、その役割を終えたと考えて、対応したいと考えています。

 

継続の意志のある方は、27日の定例会までにご連絡下さい。

27日までに、5人以上のメンバーの継続意志の表明、従って、更新料の支払いの意志表明がない場合には、27日をもって、最後の定例会としますので、ご理解下さい。

ps Meetupには、常に4-5人のビジターの参加意向表明があります。もし今月をもって最後の定例会とするならば、Meetupにもその旨告知致します。

good news is we already have enough 4 speakers, so you don`t need to do a speech.

we need evaluators.  so far we only have general evaluator but not evaluators for each speaker. mitsuo

応援に行きたいのですが、月曜日は週の始めであり、仕事のため行くことが出来ません

確か私以外にも数名木曜日から月曜日の変更で行けなくなったと記憶しています  クリスさん、かつさんも曜日変更に対応出来なかったと思います

今一度 木曜日または金曜日に変更してみるのは可能なのでしょうか

メンバー費であれば、私もお支払いできます

ご検討してみてはいかがでしょうか

Since we have enough people to keep nbtmc alive then you should do it

I believe that we can find more people to join the club before June for sure

I cannot attend meetings if it's on Monday but can you try to have another one on Thursday night?
