全国のクラブ会長様 All club presidents of District 76 (English comes after Japanese)
秋季大会申し込みは、早割期限まであと１０日となりました。世界チャンピオンのダナンジャヤさんの基調講演やＷＳをはじめ多くの魅力あるプログラムを見逃すことのないよう是非、クラブのみなさんに呼び掛けて、広島大会へおいでください。
さて、各クラブ毎の参加見込み数アンケート回答の集計は、回答１５０クラブで、最も悲観的な予測が、２８５人、最も楽観的な予測が７１２人でした。１０月９日時点での申し込み実数は、２１７人です。秋季大会目標数は、４００人です。かなり危ない状況です。（添付ファイルを参照ください。クラブ毎に現在までの申し込み数を記入しております。）
各クラブ会長さんにおかれましては、申し込みを急ぐとともに、申し込み数が悲観的予測数を確実に超えるようクラブ内への働きかけを宜しくお願いします。
１．できるだけ早く下の大会のホームページの「参加登録(Registration)」タブからお申し込みください。ホテルは十分あります。（ホームページの宿泊情報）

Early-Bird will expire in 10 days. Not to miss the keynote speech and workshop by the World Champion, TM Dananjaya Hetiarachchi and other attractive programs, please bring your club members to Hiroshima.
By the way, 150 clubs answered the questionnaire on the number of participants expected. The results are that the most pessimistic number is 285; the most optimistic number is 712.
Actual number of registration is 217 as of October 9. Our target number is 400. (Please refer to the attached file with actual registration for each club.)
I would like to ask each club president to promote early registration and see to it that your actual registration will surpass the pessimistic number.
