Stepen Russel WA1HUD let you know that a group in the Boston Mass area
is attempting to build a new coastal station from scratch. The biggest
problem is a land. In the first of all the radiostation license will
be located in the QTH of Stephen Russel. He is expected to use 500khz
cw MF and HF radiomarine band.
