The US Public Sector Dynamics & Partner Marketing team mission is to deliver targeted, sustainable and predictable marketing campaigns and programs that produce revenue and drive scorecard metrics.   This role has critical cross-team and cross vertical functions and must have expertise in marketing industry focused technology solutions. 

 

Specific responsibilities include:

Ø  Strategic Marketing Initiatives: With the launch of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for Public Sector, this role will have high visibility and accountability for successfully introducing the first Microsoft financial Management solution designed for the needs of government.  This will be a significant disruption in the erp landscape and an exciting career making role for trail blazing and entrepreneurial minded marketers. Additionally, as Microsoft continues to move to the cloud, there are significant opportunities for this role to be a strategic thought leader with regard to creating/leveraging the application marketplace strategies.  We need to determine the best route to drive ISVs to create and launch PS focused CRM and ERP solutions directly to customers via the right form of online storefront.

Ø  Define Go to Market Industry Strategy :  Analyze Dynamics CRM and ERP market opportunity, make recommendations on industry big bets  and create targeted, relevant integrated campaigns aligned to support key industries (Government, Education, Health) Create execution plans with clear strategies and objectives that align the right tactics to drive maximum revenue and ROI.   Execute integrated marketing campaign tactics, including but not limited to: AR/PR, case studies, white papers, digital/online, social media, through-partner, events, tele and POC’s/velocity.  Measure pipeline and report out results, drive q/q campaign improvements.  Sample campaigns include Task Management in Federal Government, Managing Education, and 311/Call Center.  Additional tactics are executing Hall of Fame Sales Contest, and integrating throughout the Convergence event.

Ø  Deliver partner enablement, through partner marketing and to-partner marketing communications:  Increase Dynamics partner selling capability and capacity for USPS.   Leverage corporate “engines” and enable USPS partners with relevant readiness (PLC/Learning Plans) and create self-service through partner marketing materials (RTG) specifically for CRM & ERP.  Programmatically engage Dynamics partners interested in growing their Government, Education or Healthcare businesses.

Ø  Integrate Dynamics in key cross-vertical initiatives This includes product launches, fiscal year planning, WPC, Convergence, CIO Summit, compete strategies and more.  Additionally, this role will need to be able to impact & influence programs and strategies in both WW and US Dynamics marketing organizations to drive resources for PS.

 

In order to be successful, candidate will need to collaborate and delegate across various groups within Public Sector (Public Sector customer marketing team; Public Sector partner marketing team, and Public Sector Dynamics sales teams) to define partner business goals, set clear KPI’s and measurement strategies and then communicate those goals & objectives to the key corporate teams (SMS&P, EPG, BMO, and telesales resources.)

Must have demonstrated excellence in designing & executing integrated marketing strategies and programs. This individual should have strong CRM/GSX pipeline and project management skills, and a strong drive for results with an ability to build consensus.  Also important are excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. Minimum requirements are 6- 8+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in a high tech industry. Bachelors Degree preferred.   Location must be in Bellevue, WA or Washington, DC. Some travel required.
