Option 1 and Option 2 Diplomas are not the same

Check and see what type of Diploma you child is getting. Option 1 is
a full diploma and they have passed the proficiency exams......Option2
is a "Certificate of Attendance" and they did NOT pass the Proficiency
Exams. Option 2 - if they want to go into the service some military
services will not take this Option 2. Even employers are comfused
about what type of Diploma a student has. Didn't ask - Didn't tell!
Graduation rate......Option 2 cannot be included in the data for
Nevada Graduation Rate. Are we fooling the parents AGAIN on how well
we are doing in increasing the graduation rate?
