Hi Barbara,

and listen to Carolyn Edwards (Trustee for District F) reasons on why
we did not get the Race To The Top money. Some of it is correct but
not all of it. After you listen to the archive show let me know what
you think.

Basically listen to all of the show...it is amazing how a Trustee
thinks - some good, some not so good.
