Committees - On my web site www.therosemooreshow.com we will be having
all the committees on line for the public to volunteer for. Right now
the District "Refuses" to put them on the CCSD web site. Why?
Because they pick their own people to be on these committees. I have
found no where on the CCSD web site the committees to volunteer for.
And according to M. R. of CCSD Communications they have no intention
to do so in the future. So since they won't ....The Rose Moore Show
will on www.therosemooreshow.com.

Through a Public Information Disclosure Notice Act/Public Records, to
the Clark County School District, I have received all the Committees
names, descriptions, requirements to be on the Committees, term limits
on each committee, plus more. You will be amazed when you read all
the committees and what they are about and we the public are not
informed in anyway to be on these committees.

My husband, Rick Moore has over 45 years experience in the
Construction Industry from going to Planning Commission Meetings to
writing sound, solid and comprehensive Contracts and designing and
reading Architectual Plans. He knows the underground to the roof.
His whole Resume was sent to Chris Garvey, CCSD Trustee and she did
not reply at all, and I know she got the information. When they
picked people for the Committee she didn't even have the courtesy to
write a letter or e-mail to Rick Moore stating they had picked someone
else. Believe me when I say that no one knows more about the
Construction Industry than Rick Moore - even the Architectural part
and design of plans. He is in the know..........!!!!!!

A Possible Solution: Take bonds and construction out of the school
district's authority and put it back under the state's Public Works
Board. The school district and trustees would then be only advisory.
The Nevada Public Works Board is already in place and has a northern
and southern Nevada regional offices.
