kernels & u-boot

I have just push some ebuilds to the overlay for various kernels and u-
boot.

Kernels
----
angstrom-kernel, touchbook-kernel, and pandora-kernel are now in the
overlay.
The -kernel part of the ebuild implies that they are pre-compiled and
are there as convience to use with the neuvoo images. Eventually I
will build a neuvoo-kernel which will be based off of neuvoo-sources.
I've also updated the wiki for installation with these kernels.

U-Boot
----
u-boot-angstrom, u-boot-touchbook, and u-boot-pandora are also now in
the overlay. As with the kernels they are pre-compiled and are
available for user convience. You can see the install instructions

As with any new service I hope to have them working as-is, but I could
use some outside user testing to make sure they install and operate as
intended.

neuvoo-beagle-kernel & modules are now on the server and in the
overlay, please take a look at it and give me any feedback.

SGX & DSP is not yet installed. I have them both about 90% complete,
but I am still hunting down a couple of issues.
