Hey,

It is possible to do python autocomplete?

Also things like simple syntax mistakes etc?

Thanks!

David

It is a possibility, but Ace Editor doesn't support this right now.  There are some people who have hacked together stuff that can do this but nothing has been officially accepted into Ace yet.

With that said I wouldn't be opposed to integrating a third party hack, but either way it will probably be something I can not do right now.  I'd love to have this feature too because I'm a Python developer.  So this is definitely on my wish list and in general just allowing code completion in Neutron IDE.

Also syntax checking is in Ace for javascript, so a Python syntax checker should be easy too.  Definitely something I'll look into.
