Fraudulent order

I responded to a free bottle offer (plus shipping charge) of Neutron Plus Cognitive Support. But when my order was received it also contained 1 bottle Neutron Plus Fish Oil and 1 bottle of Immune Support, which I did not order. There is also an added charge to my card for these items for $129.87 and $124.98. I need to send these items back due to my medical conditions and want a refund made back to my card. My Primary Care physician told me I cannot take the Fish Oil or Immune Support due to interfering with other medications I take. I have tried several times to call the phone numbers I have and no body will answer the phone call. I  was on hold 1 day for ONE HOUR.
