Job Description:

1. Provide first-level TechnicalSupport on basic operational or
maintenance of personal computers orperipherals using available
tools.
2. Guide customer to identify products that have CustomerIssues and
issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
3. Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
4. Solves Customer Issues on any product- mostly in warranty
Delldesktops and portables like Optiplex, Latitude, Dimension,
andInspiron.
5. Strive for excellence contributing to business metric goals.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Any Bachelor Degree, B.Tech, B.E, MCA MCSE/CCNA or any equivalent
qualification
Diploma Courses/PUC
Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Degree
Experience in customer care / semi-tech/Tech process in International
OR Domestic call center would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Basic Computer Hardware, & Trouble shooting.

Freshers can also apply.

Skills:

Fluency in written and spoken English essential.
Clarity of speech, fluency, grammar, neutral accent and good
articulation of thought.
Ability to understand and speak to US customers
Basicknowledge of MS Office suite of software like MS Word, Excel
andPowerPoint. Knowledge of Basic Computer Hardware, &
Troubleshooting.

1. Practice speaking, the more you practice the more you will get confident and habitual with the language.

2. Make friends with whom you can practice speaking in English.

3. Read Newspapers, books, articles, blogs etc., also listen to English news and radio broadcasts.

4. Take up some activities in English like cooking classes or anything which you like doing. Just make sure you do that in English.

 If you want to join BPO industry and make a good career, so I would recommend you to improve you communication skills a lot as the better you speak the more growth opportunities you will get. If I talk about institutes in Delhi, I would recommend inlingua if you want to improve your communication skills. Even though I had to travel all the way to south Delhi, but it was worth it.
