ihave been facing an issue with iMessage activation for the past month. i have tried every single thing on the internet, and i can confirm that my number is working, by sending and recieving sms from my number, the only thing that i suspect could be the issue is that my mobile network was ported from jazz to zong, i have contacted both carriers and they both say there is no issue from their end. and that i should contact apple. but the contact number for apple support of my region isnt working (keeps saying unaccessible), i was hoping someone here could help because i use iMessage a lot

i waited about a month i constantly change phone number on my apple id to maybe trick the system into working but it didnt. After about a month there was suddenly just a pop-up saying if you want to activate +92XXXXXXXXXX as your iMessage Address. So yeah, i didnt do anything particular that solved it, i waited about a month. If you need an urgent fix, call apple support of pakistan, dont use your sim (mobile phone) use a landline since phones/sims dont work

All sms texts came through and the money came off my phone straight away. I waited for 24 hours for the game code to arrive but nothing came. I then sent a spuuort ticket to the company ansking if there was a problem, anyway after a week I finally got an answer and apparently they had sold out of that specific game code but are still advertising it!!

I asked for a refund and they said they would transfer the money to an account which I then created to recieve the funds. 3 weeks later, 8 live chat calls and 7 emails and I stil have not got a reply from them and not got and sort of refund or credit. I was informed by one agent that they used a company called Zong, but going to their website and trying to submit a ticked just results in a website error :

This is getting beyond a joke now, I just want my money back and need a little advice on where to go next as clearly this site G2A dont care about customer service they just take your money and leave you with nothing, which in my eyes is theft.

G2a has the worst customer service , i have been waiting on a refund since January ..you think you been waiting for a long time?..Try 4 months and 20+ Emails later still nothing .. They have not even bothered to reply to my tickets i m done waiting and somthing needs to be done about this **bleep** g2a 's company and **bleep** customer service who hardly speak english i dont know how the **bleep** they even get hired.! its just terrible. there payment system fails as they have combined zong +paypal 'Pay by Phone' payout method which hardly works properly.
