I downloaded the .exe two times. Once from filehippo and once from the official website. Both are behaving the same way. I double click/run as admin then it starts extracting and after that the windows asks me to allow the changes. After clicking OK nothing happens.

I rebooted my system a couple of time. I tried removing temporary files. C: drive have more than enough space free. 8GB RAM. I am installing it as admin and have no virtual machine software installed.

I haven't figured out how to install it yet, but if you have 7 zip, just right click and select "extract here." Apparently the built-in file extractor doesn't work. Now to find the installation file. . . look for exe obviously

first download bluestacks 4 then just got to show folder and shift it from the following folder to desktop.Extract it over there, then right click and click 'extract here' the just install bluestacks.

What you need to do is install an older version of BlueStacksX. So if the built in extractor doesn't work in the latest version, it should in an older version. Attached below is a link to an archive of older versions of BlueStacksX. I used 5.8.0 and it worked fine.

BlueStacks is a desktop emulator software that allows you to run Android games and apps on PC. I have been using BlueStacks application on my Windows 10 computer and I absolutely love it. It allows me run the Android apps and games even on my virtual machine.

You can always download the latest version of BlueStacks by visiting their homepage. When you download BlueStacks you get a small installer file. Running this file on a PC downloads necessary files, and installs the emulator on your PC.

I am going to download BlueStacks installer for 64-bit windows. I have got only 64-bit machines in my lab. Download the BlueStacks offline installer and save it to a folder within Sources folder on your server or a shared folder.

Hence I decided to use the BlueStacks Uninstaller (also known as BstCleaner_native.exe) which is again an executable file. This BstCleaner_native.exe file uninstalls the BlueStacks application and cleans up remaining traces of application.

Since we have a BlueStacks executable file, we have to manually specify the install and uninstall commands. Select Manually specify the application information. Click Next.

Add a new deployment type by clicking the Add button. On the General window of Create deployment type wizard, select Manually specify the deployment type information. Click Next.

Complete the remaining steps and on Completion Window, click Close. The steps to deploy BlueStacks using ConfigMgr is now complete. In the next step we will test the BlueStacks application install and uninstall.

Launch the Software Center on Windows 10 client. Click Applications and from the list of apps, select BlueStacks and click Install. The client downloads BlueStacks application from ConfigMgr distribution point and install it.

This is a workaround for those who can't install GG on BS since installer keeps getting blocked and corrupted.

1. Click on rebuild & Install and find your downloaded file under storage/sdcard/download > Install apk as system app

Ok, so you're saying that GG for Nox is same as normal one and the only difference is it has some bypass so it can install itself undetected by Nox which works the same for BS too, correct?
I'm not trying to stir up an argument here, I'm just looking for clear answer, there's no need to pull things out of context as I'm clearly talking about Normal GG vs Nox one, nothing to do with my "build".
Maybe there's a language barrier here and you misunderstood me.

I have a problem with the latest version of GG (86.4) for BS. when i try to install it will say "the package appears to be corrupt." so i try different ways of downloading it, but the result still same. i never encounter this problem before with the past version so i'm not sure what should i do to make it work.

Installing Bluestacks on VPS/VDS RDP can be challenging, since Bluestacks is designed to run on desktops and has no official support for server environments. However, in some cases, installing Bluestacks on VPS/VDS RDP on Windows Server may be possible.

These are just general guidelines, and the actual requirements may vary depending on the specific apps or games you run on Bluestacks. If you have access to a more powerful VPS/VDS RDP server, it may be helpful to ensure sufficient resources for Bluestacks.

Wait until the installation of the package is complete. After successful installation of the framerock inside the virtual server system, you will need to download the Bluestacks 4 installer from the official website at

It is important to note that Bluestacks was designed to run on desktops and can consume significant CPU and memory resources. On VPS/VDS RDP there may be restrictions on allocating such resources, so the performance of Bluestacks on the server may be insufficient or cause problems with other applications on the server.

In many cases, the installer thew the message, There was an error while trying to download BlueStacks. However, the problem is usually easily fixable, and we will walk you through the solutions that work for others.

This method works when BlueStacks claims that a version of it is already present on the computer and is subsequently not installing when you try. Alternatively, you could use a third-party uninstaller tool for the job.

BlueStacks (also known as BlueStacks by now.gg, Inc.) is an American technology company recognized for its creation of the BlueStacks App Player and other cloud-based cross-platform products. The BlueStacks App Player enables the execution of Android applications on computers running Microsoft Windows or macOS. The company's establishment traces back to 2009, founded by Jay Vaishnav, Suman Saraf, and Rosen Sharma.

The company's first introduction took place on May 2011, during the Citrix Synergy conference held in San Francisco. An early version of BlueStacks App Player was showcased on stage by Citrix CEO Mark Templeton, who also announced a partnership between the two companies.[7] The initial alpha version of App Player was launched in October 2011,[8] and it exited beta on June 7, 2014. In July 2014, Samsung disclosed its investment in BlueStacks.[9]

BlueStacks generates its primary revenue through an Android emulator referred to as App Player. The basic features of the software are available for free, while advanced features require a paid monthly subscription.[10] By February 2021, BlueStacks reported over 1 billion app downloads.[11] The App Player provides support for mouse, keyboard, and external touch-pad controls.

In April 2015, BlueStacks, Inc. unveiled that a new version of the App Player, named 2.0, was under development for macOS and was eventually released in July.[13] In December 2015, BlueStacks, Inc. introduced BlueStacks 2.0,[14] enabling users to run multiple Android applications simultaneously.[15] BlueStacks 2.0 was also compatible with Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks or later until 2018.

BlueStacks released BlueStacks 3 in July 2017, featuring a new engine and front-end design.[18] This version introduced App Center for personalized game suggestions, an account system, chat, a new keymapping interface, and multi-instance support. The multi-instance feature permits users to launch multiple BlueStacks windows using the same or different Google Play accounts.

In January 2018, BlueStacks announced the release of the BlueStacks + N Beta, running on Android 7 (Android Nougat). This was notable as most Android emulators were running Android 4.4 (KitKat) at that time.[19] This version was powered by an upgraded "HyperG" graphics engine that enabled the use of the full array of Android 7 APIs.

BlueStacks introduced a new version, BlueStacks 4, in September 2018. BlueStacks 4 demonstrated benchmark results up to 6 times faster than a 2018 generation mobile phone during testing.[20] Dynamic resource management, a new dock and search user interface, an AI-powered key-mapping tool, and support for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Android 7.1.2 Nougat were included in this version.

In January 2019, BlueStacks released a 64-bit version of BlueStacks 4 through its early access program, offering improved performance and memory usage by running on a 64-bit version of Android 7.1.2.[21] This version required a 64-bit version of Windows 8 or later with virtualization enabled and Hyper-V disabled. This 64-bit release allows the installation and usage of ARM64-v8a Android applications.

In September 2021, BlueStacks launched BlueStacks X,[23] a cloud gaming service based on the Android platform. Bluestacks X utilizes throttling to adjust speed according to a user's internet connection, under the name of Hybrid Cloud. The servers for BlueStacks X's are hosted by now.gg,[24][25] a subsidiary of BlueStacks.[26]
