Sorry to know that you are still facing the high interactivity issue. Have you followed all steps mentioned here? Please delete all old ActiveX files and try again. If you still face the same issue, please let us know.

1) Turn off Popup Blocker option on IE
2) Launch siebel application and press 'Alt' key after providing login credential to siebel
3) Right click on the yellow bar that appears on the top of browser and choose 'Add Add ons' option to install ActiveX
when i opened the setting button under history and then view obejcts after that a window open showing empty folder,so how to resolve this or if there is need to download siebel framework then from where i can download please reply at my email id [email protected]
