Hi all,

I'm trying to use the plot_polar function of the Neurosynth decoder but I'm running into issues I was unable to solve with my very limited python skills. The decoding itself works fine, I get a pandas dataframe with columns terms and correlations.
Now when I try to run 'decoder.plot_polar(data = *output of decoder*)',
I get an error
File "..../decode.py", line 253, in plot_polar
labels.extend(data.iloc[:,i].order(ascending=False)
TypeError: 'numpy.float64' object is not callable

I'm sorry if this is a very dumb question - I haven't figured out how to use the debugger in Spyder to go through the decode code line by line to see what's going on.

Many thanks in advance for any sugestions!

Best,
Louise
