Functional connectivity map using ROIs instead of a single voxel

Hi,

I'm trying to find out how to create a functional connectivity map (using the 1000 dataset of rsfMRI available in Neurosynth) having as a seed-region a ROI (many voxels). I'm able to create a functional connectivity map in Neurosynth using a single seed-voxel but I haven't figured out how to use a whole ROI as a seed. Could anyone please help?
