What Dependency(ies) Version(s) to use?

Hi all,

While running dataset.add_features('features.txt')

I get the following error
AttributeError: 'DataFrame' object has no attribute 'to_dense'

I believe to_dense may have been depricated.  Can you please tell me the latest version of the dependencies that work (esp pandas)

Unfortunately the Neurosynth library is deprecated.

Consider using NiMARE, a more advanced and flexible library which we actively maintain
