Good evening everyone,
In an effort to enhance the exciting research being performed in the filamentous fungal model organism Neurospora crassa, the Neurospora Policy Committee (NPC) has decided to re-promote the Neurospora Google Group. Everyone who attended the Neurospora 2023 meeting this past October at Camp Allen, Texas, has now been added to the Neurospora Google Group, in addition to everyone who has been previously added.

The purpose of this Google Group is so that anyone can send messages regarding research opportunities, requests for protocols/reagents/strains, etc. to all Neurospora researchers. You can find the group at the website:
https://groups.google.com/g/neurospora

Please send out information pertinent to the Neurospora community by using the above link to navigate to the Google Group, and click the "New Conversation" button at the top left. To prevent unwanted messages, if there is a post to which you would like to respond, please reply to that individual only. And of course, please be respectful in any posts to the Neurospora Google Group.

Principle Investigators, if there is any member of your research team that you would like added to this group, please send me (akl...@uccs.edu) their email address, and I will be sure to add them to the group.

On behalf of the NPC, Happy Holidays! We look forward to seeing everyone at Fungal Genetics in March!
