Dear all,

I’d like to draw your attention to next week’s seminar by Albert Pan, a friend and former colleague whose lab is aiming to understand how neurons and neuronal circuits are formed. Albert was instrumental in developing brain-bow multispectral labelling in mouse and fish, and has continued to use this technology, combined with genetics and retrograde neuronal tracing approaches to investigate neuronal development and behavior in zebrafish.

On Tuesday, 6.12. at 3:30 pm (GMI Orange Seminar Room), Albert will talk about “Genetic building blocks of neuronal connectivity and visuomotor behaviors in zebrafish”.

Albert’s lab website: http://www.augusta.edu/mcg/dnrm/panlab/

If you are interested in neuro-development, multispectral imaging approaches and/or any of the above, you should not miss this seminar! Please forward this invitation to anyone else who might be interested.

If you’d like to talk to Albert (postdocs and PhD students included), please drop me an email by Friday evening that I can arrange a schedule. Albert will be available all day for discussions.

Best,

Andi
