Random crash fix on boot due to module loads.

loads codec modules in pairs. got a speed up during startup, and lets
osdmain remain usable with little slow down while codecs are still
loading. Fixes random crash on boot as far as I can tell.

doesn't load usbstorage scsi and mmc stuff in parallel, but that is
pretty quick. This is due to the ordering of the load.
