Neurorighter signal processing

Dear all,

I am facing the problem of processing the signals obtained by the neurorighter system. I am aware that we can do some data processing through the neurorighter software and export the .spk file which contains the information of the spikes detected. But now I want to process the raw data as I want to see the threshold effect on the spike as well as burst detection so to determine an optimal value for my data. Do you have any matlab code or processing method in other types that could be used? 

Besides, I found a code written by Dr. Michela Chiappalone which is called SPYCODE that can process MCD files only. Is there any possibility of converting the .raw file we have to MCD file?

Here is a matlab class, containing a bunch of member functions for processing data collected with neurorighter, that I used for the majority of basic processing in my PhD work
