Will it work with neuronal network?

Hi,

I have come across this very interesting software for 3D visualization
through NeuroML website. I really would like to use in my research
study but I have seen that this can be only used for visualizing
single neuron. Can this also be used for network visualization? My
work mainly focuses on network models and wanted to confirm whether
this can be used for network visualization. Thank you.

Hi Chaitu,

If the Neuronal Network is defined in NEURON, Neuronvisio should be
able to visualize it.

The best way to test it is to try and see what happens :)
