Neuonvisio 0.8.2 released

Dear all,

we are pleased to announce the release of 0.8.2.

This is just a small improvement release, which mainly
- add two new models to the ModelDB,
- add a new method to color section from the console
(http://mattions.github.com/neuronvisio/visio.html#neuronvisio.visio.Visio.select_sections),
- upgrade the version of apptools to 4.0.1.dev to include the
configobj by default.

We have submitted a patch to the mayavi guys and has been accepted, so
from 4.0.2 this will not be required.

To upgrade neuronvisio, use the following pip command.

pip install -U
--extra-index-url=http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~mattioni/snapshots/
