libpng error

Hi, 

I have tried a simple program to check the working of neuronvisio. I am attaching that sample file along with this file. 

When I run this file, I get the error, "libpng error: zlib error"

Please kindly let me know the reason for this error. I tried to run with this command "nrngui -python chk1.py"

Hi Krishna,

I'm not sure what is the error you are getting, however, another way to test it could be to:

launch an ipython

    ipython 

and than do 

   %run chk1.py

If you get any error, please post the whole of it.
