Neuronvisio 0.8.3 released

Hello everyone,

we are happy to announce the new release of Neuronvisio 0.8.3.

In this new release we have improved the documentation, gave Neuronvisio
a new online home http://neuronvisio.org, and dropped the unofficial
development packages
of mayavi and traits, using the newer official packages (which have
our patches integrated and work nicely)

From this release we have also a mirrored fork of Neuronvisio under
the NeuralEnsemble space
(https://github.com/NeuralEnsemble/neuronvisio).
The root repo is still https://github.com/mattions/neuronvisio, and
issues should be reported here:
https://github.com/mattions/neuronvisio/issues

More over I would like to inform you that Neuronvisio paper has been
accepted and it will be out soon.
