CUBE JOINS THE BIOLOGY NETWORK’S

NOBEL PRIZE PREDICTION CAMPAIGN (Physiology & Medicine) - 2016

 

As an educational exercise, Biology Network, an organization of teachers, scientists & students of Biology and CUBE (Collaborative Undergraduate Biology Education) invite 'nominations’ in the form of educated guesses on this year’s Nobel laureate/s in Physiology & Medicine. (The entry form is given at the bottom).

This Year's Nobel Prize in Physiology & Medicine will be declared on 3rd October, 2016.

Cash prize Rs. 5000/- will be awarded to the person/group (resident Indians only) whose nomination matches with the year’s Nobel Prize in Physiology& Medicine. However, a certificate of acknowledgement will be awarded to all, regardless of the country of residence, whose entries match with the Nobel Prize announcement- 2016.

N.B. In case of a tie, award shall be shared among the winners of the contest, as decided by the jury.

Last date for receiving the entry:  00.00 hrs IST of 2^nd October 2016

All are welcome to participate.

[There will be an additional Cash award of Rs.1000/-for resident Indian student winners (from school up to post graduation). Bonafide students must provide a certificate from their respective Head/Chairperson of department/institution for receiving this additional cash award].

The decision of the jury, consisted of two eminent scientist-academicians appointed for the purpose by the organizers, will be final.
