I'm a new Neuromantic user and I'm really surprised how great it is.
Very good work!!!
I just have some issues, though, with the statistics and plots that I
can't resolve.
The Analyze Selected Segments option gives me exactly the same output
that Analyze Current Neuron, no matter what I select. Is there a trick
to make it work correctly?
When I select any of the Plots option I have to choose morphologies
file/files, and I choose a reconstruction file (.swc) - is it correct?
I'm not sure because almost every time I get an error ("The interval
size is larger than the distribution range", "Internal Array: SegArray
Lengths do not match.."). In these cases only the plot axes appear.
But when the data successfully appears it is very little legible and I
can't find a way to export it to analyze it on my own. Is there a way
to get this data?
My last question is whether I can find a statistics types explication
or documentation? There are many statistics, and not all of them are
obvious what they mean/how they are calculated.
