reconstruction

I am very new to Neuromantic and trying to reconstruct a neuron.
Could you please let me know whether I have to do
reconstruction to every image on the stack?

There is only a single 3D reconstruction for the entire stack, which
is stored as a .swc file. Every time you add a new segment the Z
(depth) value of that segment is set to the index of the currently
visible stack image.
