We are happy to announce the release of a new batch of collated rat
connectivity data. BAMS now included more than 63K neuroanatomical reports,
making it the best populated connectivity database. Other updates
include changes in the user interface, and of the dynamical connectomes: brancusi.usc.edu/bkms/brain/connectomes.php
Other updates: a). The rat cortico-cortical network is populated at 70%.
b). This release also includes the first functionally relevant network: the connectivity matrix of regions involved in depression and chronic stress in the rat (168 X 168 regions, coverage of about 36%

Thanks. I've inserted abut 10k reports in about 3 months. Don't ask me when...
The old brancusi is still down. I didn't get to it to repair...sorry. An excel table looking exactly as you post BAMS connectivity data in Neuinfo would be ok for now? If yes, then let me add some bulk data about 2 hypothalamic nuclei (I already have the data in an Excel file), and it will be good to go.
Is it possible to disable the export features for Neuinfo, for this new set of data? I have to publish something before I'll make it public in downloadable formats...

Hi Mihai,
I would love to have this as an excel table, just send it to me personally.
The version of BAMS that we have is fine on our end, so if the new data is not that structure anyway then just send over what you have.
We can disable the export features until you deem it ok to go out.
