Namespaces are missing in example queries

It seems the namespaces are missing in the SPARQL example queries at:
https://neuinfo.org/developers/sparql_endpoint.shtm

They are present in the same examples at:
https://confluence.crbs.ucsd.edu/display/NIF/Sparql+endpoint

That's a different end point --- that's for NIFSTD rather than NeuroLex.  Its a good point but a topic for a different audience.

I see now, thanks. As I was navigating NeuroLex I came across a menu item for NIFSTD Ontologies that goes back to the NIF web site and the menu here has "SPARQL endpoint" listed and didn't realize these are 2 different endpoints. Are there other links to the NeuroLex SPARQL endpoint other than the link on the "What's New" page: http://neurolex.org/wiki/What_is_new?

Ok, perhaps the link to the NeuroLex SPARQL endpoint can be made more prominent on NeuroLex and better differentiated from the NIFSTD SPARQL endpoint? Yes, the examples are very helpful!

Good idea Trish.  You should be able to edit the Wiki to feature it as you think is appropriate.
