neo documentation issue

Hi,

The current stable version of neo domentation (https://neo.readthedocs.io/en/stable/), for v0.10.1, appears to have missed out some content during its build, e.g. "List of implemented formats" and index is one item. Does anyone else get this too?

And this is the same for API pages.
It seems that automodule did not work.
