Problems with g-node ephy_testing_data

Is anyone else having troubles reaching g-node and retrieving https://gin.g-node.org/NeuralEnsemble/ephy_testing_data . 

I am just getting "This site can’t be reached gin.g-node.org took too long to respond."

Clearly this creates problems with running the tests in python-neo.

Also, is there supposed to be a torrent download for this? I can't find it anywhere. Seems like it would be a good backup.

Website was down after upgrade per Thomas Wachtler. One can now clone the repository with DataLad, but attempts to run a test hang in setupClass for common_rawio_test after output of 

merge(ok): . (dataset) [Merged origin/master]
update.annex_merge(ok): . (dataset) [Merged annex branch]
update(ok): . (dataset)
action summary:
  merge (ok: 1)
  update (ok: 1)

Well, I guess it just took something like 10 minutes to complete, but finally ran the first time around. Not quite sure why that was true, but it seems to be working now.
