FILE not found error even though it exists

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
I get this error even though i have checked this file exists and in the correct format. Please let me know what could be the problem since it is coming for every image file in the validation folder

This error occures when a dataset CSV file contains blank cells or unnecessory line feed code.
Could you check the dataset CSV file with a text editor?
