There is a possibility that the cell in the dataset CSV file contains the string 'x' where numeric value should be entered.
Please refer to a following document. and prepare the dataset CSV file in proper format.

And, please be careful not to include extra spaces or line breaks in the dataset CSV file.
With the dataset CSV file read on the DATASET tab, you can check the consistency of dataset CSV by selecting "Check Consistency" from the right click menu.
