FP16 and Tensor Core support

The Cloud version of Sony Neural Network uses Tesla V100 which enables the FP16 and Tensor Core. Even though not many GPU support FP16 and Tensor Core yet, it is the trend of nVidia will enable the two functions in their new GPUs, such as RTX 20 series. Hence, whether it is possible for supporting the two functions?
