I ordered the book, but apparently to ship it to Washington from
Nevada, they first had to ship it to Kentucky. That makes sense.
In any case, color me unprepared.

No worries. The first chapter is an intro. So we can just discuss the
generalities. Should be a good meeting to now have the book. :)
