The DoD SBIR/STTR Beyond Phase II Conference will feature presentations and panel discussions for PEOs, Program Managers, and prime contractors on the Congressional mandate to set SBIR Phase III goals in all Programs of Record and to include goals and incentives in Defense contracts greater than $100 million.
